We were greeted with the small a treat. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and gladly gave tips, if I had a question. Nice, that you have a lift right in the hotel bathrobe, in every room available is, for wellness area to drive.
My room was large, clean, always tidy and the mini filled. My dog and I felt very comfortable.

The hotel is definitely recommendable. The only drawback for us was, that from 09:00 o'clock the plates were not refilled and one from 09 o'clock (no suggestions) was as. Of a four-star hotel you can expect, that there were fresh ones, instead of par baked rolls. Otherwise, completely satisfied. We have spent nice days. The hotel is quiet and clean, even though it is on the main road is located. The breakfast was perfect.
The beach is wonderful in norddeich, especially for dogs.
On the way there you need a means of transport.
