I was in the last year 2 time.
the first time I stayed 1 week and therefore extra a room with a changing room booked. Too bad, the room was the light didn't work and there were 3 beds in it. So no put clothes in. After I next morning at the front desk said, were the Murphy bed way, but the light was still not. Also after the second message not... Had booked and then read the reviews and got full panic. We called the hotel and asked for a room in the renovated part. This was great, clean, bathroom well maintained. Front desk was really great newly renovated, also the breakfast, the restaurant was in the evening. Here the meals were prepared fresh, were very delicious (could have been seasoned a bit more, but that was a matter of taste). The breakfast was delicious, great and really great presented. The bad evaluation ziehlt the rude lady at the reception desk. So a bit sluggish in a three-star hotel I have ever experienced. Furthermore, the rigidity and way at the reception with the guests were treated. An absolute no-go!
In general, the hotel needs renovation and powerful long in the tooth.
Also the noise from the directly behind the hotel running ice-way has disturbed our necks (August = warm = window open at night). Read more

I was once in the May for two nights and once for a night here in June and of both stays almost the same: some of the previous speakers, I can only confirm: the ladies at the front desk are absolutely off. Unfriendly, null Bock guests nerves, rude and partly also really rude. As a guest you get the feeling to be a bother, if you have a question.
