Larger apartment complex directly in the first row next to height ballermann 11. Very clean, nice equipped room with wonderful view of the sea. The rooms can breakfast, half board or be booked without catering. The guests are Playatypischen audience from 17 to 70 above all from Germany, Spain and Holland.
Very good and friendly furnished rooms. Cleansing all 2 days, what in my opinion was also sufficient. Small Kitchenette is available, wherein a correct electrical kettle would be nice.

We were already often in this hotel, as a family as well as with friends and we liked it very, is a three star hotel and no luxury villa. For this price the hotel is completely reasonable. Alone or as a family completely okay. Everything is close by and no long ways, the staff are friendly. However in August the hotel can noisy than usual, however, you can with life.

We have no large value luxury located and had the hotel with breakfast for a really good price in the internet booked. According to the front desk the hotel was with 12 floors fully booked, so there were our rooms on the day of arrival unfortunately not ready. On the first day we could not have breakfast, on the second day we could from 8:00 to 10:00 breakfast, the following days we have abandoned. Since we arrived very early in the morning, we were able to leave the room not yet, our luggage was locked and we could the breakfast recommendation from the friendly staff to fulfil (breakfast was not what we reserved.). The room has made a very good impression, clean and well equipped. Important for women-hair dryer bring your own!
