Already on arrival we were (very rude) pointed out, that check in so early (about 8:00 A. M.) is not possible-was basically not a problem but we had breakfast occasion and in other accommodation we could us after breakfast in the sauna area move, the bags store, skiing and in the afternoon the apartment/ room. The initial Damenskiurlaub in saalbach Hinterglemm, was not the place, the ski slopes, the weather or even from the location of the hotel troubled but from the very lack of hospitality the owner. Neither on arrival, or departure there was a warm welcomeor Abschiedswort. For breakfast we were greeted with an unfriendly good morning welcome, no dirty dishes cleared and since we in the evening not the hotel's restaurant visited, we were even with a drinks order at the bar very rude.
