As all inclusive guest one is' guest second class', plastic cup for coffee and beer, no ashtray by the pool, no
(!) Screw in the entire hotel anywhere.
the food was not enjoyable, the performance the, mostly English guests, was a disaster (slippers and Muscelshirt the Christmas menu)

Arrived early afternoon was greeted warmly at reception, a couple of kids were complaining to other new arrivals about lack of variety in the food, the weather and how poor this complex was.

located fairly well up the hill from the old town of Puerto del Carmen the views are stunning, there are plenty of bars restaurants and shops within walking distance but I would say its a fair hike back up although taxis are available for a couple of euros.
