We have already changed the hotel after two days. This is a hotel with 98% English guests. Both the rooms, as well as the hotel grounds are run down and in need of renovation. The food was a catastrophe. Snack was there were fries, sausage and pasta. In the restaurant there were no glasses, but only plastic cups. On the tables have plastic table cover after every guest only short and perfunctory be wiped. So everything was sticky. General condition of the rooms/Hotel is poor more like a small council estste than a hotel.
Very basic and warn, air con did not work, shower did not work, had to use the bath but towels were replaced regulaly.
The staff were generally helpfull and spoke good english. Check in was a bit hurried and they didnt show us to our rooms and it was very hard and confusing to find, and everyone seemed to have the same problem.
Try another hotel.
The quality of food was very poor and as for it been all inclusive it certainly was not if you wanted food... Read more
