The hotel building sees both inside, as well as outside very inviting. There are enough parking spaces in our day available been. next to the hotel was a construction site, but didn't bother us.
the room was a two rooms apartment, which however unfortunately on the ground floor was. We were 2 years ago already times in the hotel and it was pleasant higher in the building to stay. the apartments are exactly the same furnished. Very tasteful! We loved the 20,04.-28-04-2011 (Easter holidays) with 2 children, 11 years and 1 year in this apartment hotel and were not disappointed. We were neither welcomed at the front desk, our bags were brought to the room. Almost all of the staff were extremely rude to us, except for the waiter in the restaurant (was really hard). A short briefing at the front desk -none, we were not even told, when it breakfast and dinner is, so what did I have never experienced something like that. For about 750 € for 2 ! People (incl. Flight) the Forte do Vale in June 2010 visit. The first impression was considered, especially when you compare to other hotels, really great. The hotel is very generous. The kitchen is the tops in dishes functional - but we did not get too often, for normal dishes cooked breakfast and it was good enough. Rooms have a large living room and great balconies. Staff only spoke English, which I did not find bad. We were happy to help us, paths, bikes ordered explained ... The hotel is on the edge of the location Albufeira. Old town (by taxi about 8 Euro) and the so-called amusements "Strip" (walk circa 10 minutes) to. The hotel was clean. It is approximately 80 % English guests, but I thought that was not a problem, they were rather people around 40 - 50 years of age.

First impressions of the hotel is very good.
Even though the hotel was only a year old, a totally swayback sofa, the as 3. place should serve, it would have been impossible. The kitchen facilities very sparse, what can you with a dishwasher without sufficient dishes. balcone.
