We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but this year our holiday mood was clouded the swimming pool was dirty the water murky greenish almost didn't realize that we have observed every day in the evening whole bucket full chlorine or similar in the pool also the floor was dirty around kind of weird when the pool bar the compilation of the furniture mixing everything blue plastic chairs red and blue tables new adventures in between there is no unity more it would have been at the time a bit to invest the hotel is 13 years old the gate... We had stayed at so many 4-star hotels holidays with half board spent, but this hotel was by far outstanding. Particularly to emphasize was the food quality and selection. No pillow fights, everything was fresh and very tasty.
The only thing that could possibly complain about, the decor in the rooms, getting a bit old and should be renewed or renoniert. But there is no problem, what a cause of complaint would be.
