The hotel is run down and neglected. The furniture was broken. ( cupboard doors etc.). The air conditioning can't be regulated correctly. Broken light bulbs are not exchanged. the room was OK, the housekeeping very accommodating. The bathroom could have been in the corners clean can be. the beds were very good.
