Delicious menu creations are prepared in our kitchen under our chef Attila Stelzer from natural and fresh foodstuffs from the immediate Schladming-Dachstein vicinity and our organic farm. Fresh fish from our pond or game specialities are to be found on our menu as well as beef and veal from our own farm. Our service is of the highest standard and offers the greatest enjoyment for the palate and the eye.

We have a week skiing vacation enjoyed. The service in the hotel was sharpened. The Geschätsleitung was constructive criticisms open opposite. Special requests were met... For example we were for the ski rental dangers.
