After partially. Very poor reviews in the internet we were very positively surprised. The furnishing is not completely modern anymore, but it was all clean and tidy. It is a very quiet small apartment complex in a great location and the barrier protects a very well before the partly very strong wind, in the restaurant there never crowd and for 3 stars was the buffet also okay.
