The hotel in general
The Sunprime Coral Suites & Spa has been completely renewed in 2009, labelled as
“adults only”, adapted to the present times: tasteful, modern and of excellent quality.
Situated in an unbeatable area near to the best beaches (Troya Beach and Las Vistas
Beach), the beach promenade, the exclusive shopping zone of Playa de Las Américas and
an extensive offer of restaurants, bars and leisure amenities.
New as well is the fantastic Spa & Wellness centre and a unique “Chill out terrace” with 2
solariums, sun beds and showers on the roof terrace, having breathtaking views
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Playa de Las Américas.
The swimming pool area has been also completely refurbished and improved with an
interesting free form 17 meters in length pool, giving the opportunity for our guests to enjoy
their swimming in a comfortable way
The new Sunprime Coral Suites & Spa also offers an excellent meeting and event
centre.

The Coral Spa invites the guests to embark on a delightful journey, while enjoying

you wish to spend: from 25 minutes up to 3 hours. You will find detailed information

Coral Gym
Qualified personal trainers individually design each programme by using the
Techno gym system and the latest technology in cardiovascular weight lifting
equipment and machines. In addition, a wide range of classes are available, such
as Aerobic, Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.

Restaurant/Bars
A new Buffet Restaurant with show cooking. Meals can be enjoyed on the
Restaurant´s large terrace with splendid views over the pool area.
Breakfast Buffet: A delicious and varied breakfast buffet is available, offering
various types of bread, pastries, cheese, butter, ham, fresh fruit, vegetables, a large
choice of juices, “smoothies - drinks”, yoghurts, cereals, marmalade, jam etc. Hot
dishes are served directly from our show cooking.
Lunch & Dinner: Buffet service with a large variety of delicious dishes.
• The Pool Bar serves drinks and all sorts of light snacks during the day time on its
cosy terrace.

Accommodation Information.
• U- Shape Building of 6 floors.
• 191 units in total comprising of Suites and Junior Suites.
All units are no smoking, very spacious and equipped with tasteful and modern decoration,
offering flat screen TV, Internet connection (payable), Air conditioning, safe (charge),
bathrobe, slippers and hair dryer. They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 rings,
fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fully equipped bathroom with a
spacious shower and a large balcony with outdoor furniture.
The Junior Suites, all with 40 m2, are divided into three categories depending on whether
they have street view, pool view or sea view.
The Suites are vey spacious with 87 m2 and they are also divided into three categories
depending on the views.
R.O.O.M.® Suites: There are four very superior suites of one bedroom (87 m2 including
terrace) decorated with “R.O.O.M.®”-furniture and beds “Dux”. Welcome gift, Wi-Fi free of
charge for your own lap-top, flat screen television and speakers for MP-3. Large terrace
with exclusive furniture, sun beds and beautiful views on the swimming pool area.
Daily cleaning and change of towels according to the current environmental policies.
