All in all, we were very pleased, the hotel is okay, the staff was friendly and quick, and the food was excellent and varied. What all-inclusive -it was the best, which we had (five times to the Canary Islands). I recommend, either to book only breakfast and use to be good and reasonably priced restaurants offer, or the excellent all-inclusive-special offer to book, but the cost is manageable (Canary Islands date ten times!). The hotel is absolutely nothing for handicapped, as many stairs and steep ramps. The room cleaning was poor. The food was very bland and was sometimes not very tasty. Vegetables was so very overcooked it looked like pulp. Potato salad consisted of potatoes with much mayonnaise. Old and so on, the entertainment was good, the team has given a lot of effort. The rooms were okay. Except for the mattresses were very saggy. The bathrooms are very getting old, bath tub with rust, worn-out place tiles. And so on, the hotel was very clean and green. Read more
