We stayed here twice during our trip to NZ. stop over. The first time we had a studio apartment for 89 NZD (49 Euros) per night. This was a double bedroom with integrated kitchenette including stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc. A continental breakfast basket was in the fridge with everything you needed. In the modern bathroom a large shower outside in the hallway a closet with washer and dryer. Huge balcony, high speed internet (15 NZD per 24 hours). All brand new and in best condition. The hotel made a relatively new impression. According to the rooms are modern and friendly furnished. The included breakfast for 2 people is comprised of 4 slices of toast, 2 packets of preserves + butter, 2 Minipackungen (approx. 0 .5l 2x30g) corn flakes and milk. The city center is close to the hotel (5 - 10 mins walk). Even if the room from the furnishings enjoyed next time we will not stay at this hotel again and again as in the direct vicinity of the hotel there is a very old office building on fronted estimated at at least 30 Klimaan... on arrival we were told that we have being up graded to a better room when we got to our room, it was very nice ,but very very hot,i looked around for the air condiontion remote to our surprize we did not have one, we booked two rooms, one had it one did not, being on the top floor we throught we would have one,we rang down staires, they said they had no rooms left with air con, we feel that all rooms should have air con,not just a few, staff was good rooms were good but next we will make time make sure air con is in room,all rooms should have them
