The hotel in general
Borgo al Cerro offers comfortable holiday apartments in Tuscan countryside. Set in the center of Toscana, Borgo al Cerro has a peaceful setting, 18 independent apartments, an outdoor pool and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our parking is free and set in our private property. A car is an ideal way to explore the nearby surrounding sites. There is a half-mile uphill pedestrian road which will lead you straight into the little town of Casole d'Elsa.

The outdoor pool has a hydromassage corner. Under the patio by the pool, you can work out in our small fitness room or choose from a variety of massages, which will be perfomed by our wonderful masseuse Susanna. Borgo al Cerro provides also a children's playground, table tennis (also, highchairs and strollers free, upon request - babysitting service is also available, for an additional fee.)

We are pleased to rent for free our 4/5 MOUNTAIN BIKES to our guests. Also, at our guests' disposal, a common BARBECUE by the pool and a WOOD-FIRED OVEN.

We have fruit trees in the grounds, and our guests are welcome to pick the fruit, which is organically grown. A ladder and baskets are available on request.

In front of us, at a waliking distance, you will enjoy a nice partner RESTAURANT, at your disposal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Internet WIFI is free: connection available throughout the whole external area (gardens and pool) and inside a few accommodations.

Hotel location
We are located more or less in the middle of Tuscany. We are in the middle of the courtyside, but close to every Tscan major attractions.

A short, unsurfaced road (ca 800 m, uphill) leads directly to the centre of the small, delightful medieval town of CASOLE D'ELSA.

SIENA (30 min) and FLORENCE (1 hour) are within easy reach by car.

Service at the hotel
Our staff can help our guests in various ways: booking of tours, musem tickets, restaurants, massages, taxi. Our front desk is open five days a week, six hours per day; during this time, it is possible to use our INTERNET POINT in the office for free.

Other EXTRA SERVICES on payment:
Baby-sitting - Extra cleanings - Possibility of arranging meals - Laundry (washing machine + electric dryer) - Fresh bread & croissants delivery every morning by 9.00 am (order to be submitted at Reception at least the previous day - service is free, you pay only for the bread ordered)

Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Our big pool (20X10 mt) is external and not heated, and is usually open (depending on the weather) between May and October. Hydromassage corner is usually much appreciated, and it is used also as a kids pool, having a low water.

Hotel room/Accommodation
We have 18 apartments in total: they are all of various sizes, from our 3 ONE-ROOM STUDIOS (for up to 2/4 persons) to our 15 bigger APARTMENTS (two-room apartments, three-room apartments, big family apartment for up to 8 persons etc...). All of them are different in shape and size, but they all have simple and functional furnishings: all rooms have their original timbered ceilings and Tuscan terracotta flooring!

They are located in the two main buildings of the Borgo. Each apartment has its own private entrance and garden or patio (all of which are equipped with chairs and tables in summer time). Inside, every apartment has its own fully equipped cooking area (fridge, microwave oven, cooking tools etc...), one or two private bathrooms, sleeping rooms and a living area with satellite TV.

Our apartments are located either on ground-floor, first-floor or second-floor.
