The apartment is generous, for 2 people absolutely sufficient. The condition is a bit tired, it is however way there marriages. We do not have cooked and US in the room anyway, the cleanliness was (so?) always enough, beds made, floor swept, the bathroom cleaned... The complex is in a relatively good (Spanish/Canarian) condition. Populated by mostly Spanish families, there is the hustle and bustle at the large pool! The pool Bar provides for ice cream, drinks and music till about 19:00 o'clock. The two neighboring apartments, during my time of five young girls were inhabited, for nightly entertainment/music. so nothing for people, which want to 20:00 o'clock lie in bed! The hotel is very beautiful in the years come. Price/performance ratio is OK if all are very much endeavored. Food is of good quality, it is for each something for everyone. We have used it as a base for excursions. The breakfast is very monotonous, it has lacked fresh fruit. Each morning eggs and toast, rolls tasted not at all. I would recommend without food, since it has great shopping possibilities, even a supermarket to the corner. Top-rated restaurants to reasonable prices. Not good, not bad, just 2.5 to three stars. Many Spanish, so was quite noisy. Furnishings were a bit older and not particularly attractive. We had booked at booking.
