The apartment area consists of old dock buildings all refurbished and renovated in the modern quiet.
The apartments all have a living room, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Many apartments have two bedroom. All rooms are fully equipped, in the living room there is also a flat screen and a DVD player. The kitchen also has a stove with Backoffen, Mico wave, dishwasher and so on.
the staff at reception was very friendly and quite young in the average age, the apartments to be daily cleaned and the towels changed.

Lift was broken so had to carry a heavy case up 2 flights of stairs, and there was a pervasive smell of dried sweat throughout.
