I was with my partner for five days there. A week before Christmas. When we arrived we had to find because there is only a 'bar' to sign with. It was just steep down. We were able to check-in immediately. The view of the front desk was fantastic. The hotel is far above in this volcano landscape. Great view over the sea and the beach. The room was not a room but a small apartment. Overall i wasen'y happy with the stay if i'm honest no entertainment was on at the hotel you had to use another hotel to watch theirs, nothing was told of any day trips thats could be arranged.

The apartments were clean and basic however in a place that in the height of season tops 30-40 degrees there was no air conditioning! - in June 10
Despite previous reviews complaining about cockroaches, we did not see many at all, probably 3 in total outside and just 1 that wondered into our room but I think you get them in all Spanish countries and you just have to deal with it - I don't think this was anything to do with the cleanliness of the apartments as they were kept very clean.

we arrived at this hotel round 10 pm their was no 1 at reception, we had to go the bar to get our key, the room was basic, very dated, the fridge was rusty on the outside, the beds where all lumpy and hard, their was a baby cockroach in the bathroom and then the next day their was a massive one in the kitchen, we complained and we were told that the cleaner would come and spray the room which they didn't, the cleaners don't clean the rooms that well, we went down for breakfast one morning and was told that they don't cater for English, what a joke as they don't mind taken your money to stay in the room, it states it was a stroll to the beach this is not true its a good 20 Min walk which was OK going down the hill but a killer coming back up, as we didn't mind the ex cerise walked most days, would not be good if you had walking probs, the one thing that was nice was the balcony and the views to the beach, the sun is not around the balcony until at least 11 am, the pool was nice, and i do have to say that it was kept cleaned, im not sure if i would stay here again, on the whole we did have a good holiday and the weather was very hot, which was lovely, i think i would stay in maspolomas if i went back.

The room we were given was room 702 with an amazing view over the Amadoras Beach which is man made and as it is not sand therefore it is easy to walk on without burning your feet, it has lots of little restaurants to eat in in the evening.

I'v been here for 11 days, and it was a very nice stay, the rooms weer clean, the poolarea was nice and clean, and José mixes a very nice cocktail.

The poolside which included a main pool and childrens and a jacuzzi was cleaned everyday, whilst we were there found that there was enought sun beds but not sure if that would be the case in the summer and there were no sun shades, the pool snack bar was open until around 4pm every day and sold a wide range of snacks and drinks and Jose was very pleasant and helpful.
