The hotel in general
Situated in a panoramic section and at the center of a quiet 2,000 square meter olive grove, the Residence is just 400 meters from the historic old town center and about 600 meters from the public beach. Margareth and Renzo, the owners and managers of this small residence, will be happy to welcome you with comfortable, cordial hospitality. Composed of just 8 two-room apartments arranged on two floors and decorated with care, Residence Ronchi has a spacious garden, swimming pool with sun umbrellas and garden furniture, table tennis, barbeque, a kiosk with snacks and fresh beverages, a private garage and storage for windsurfs and bicycles.

Our structure is completely surrounded by a large garden which offers a relaxing holiday in the lush green of the olive grove.
The swimming pool
Our swimming pool has a large solarium with deck chairs and parasols.
The kiosk
To spend pleasant afternoons poolside, the Residence Ronchi offers a large hall with tables, chairs, tennis and football table and a fully equipped corner with kitchen, coffee machine and fridge with a wide range of drinks and ice creams.
The garage and bike storage
Large garage with one reserved parking per apartment and bike storage (not guarded).
The laundry
A corner laundry available with washing machine and iron.
Bread and newspapers service
Filling out the form, you can order bread, croissants and newspapers that will be delivered the next morning.

Hotel room/Accommodation
The 40 square meter apartments are carefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 persons.

The apartments consist of:

•One double room with large wardrobe and safe;
•Spacious living room with sofa double bed, table with chairs, TV-SAT, telephone and fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, refrigerator and coffee machine;
•Bathroom equipped with shower and hairdryer;
