The condo was clean (239), functional and well furnished. The house has about 35 jewel partly with balcony or terrace dwellings. The hallways to the dwellings are a bit winding. For two people a perfect Feriendomnizil. There were good bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and only a few steps distant small indoor pool could be used.

Looked for and found: Central apartment with sauna/pool. The area looked fairly new, and is apparently well maintained. Parking is included in the price (to the main season a must!)
Condo was nice and fully (microw. Kaffem. Toaster, etc.) furnished.
Condition (cleanliness/furniture) at arrival perfect (and afterwards too, of course.
The Spa area was also very clean including sun beds. Five minutes walk to the beach
There was nothing to complain about this time, except for the weather...

The Gem is close to the sea, central yet quiet and peaceful. We found it good, that there is also a sauna and a small pool are available. Especially good we find, that you don't always need to book a week, but three or four nights are possible. The beds are made and towels laundry services, the hotel can book character has, since one had breakfast in the next door to sweet Art Nouveau. But there are several bakeries and restaurants nearby, if you don't want to cook.
