Come, feel welcome and feel at home in our holiday apartments in Wagrain.
Our apartment buildings – in a quiet yet central part of Kirchboden in Wagrain
or just near the village market square – are traditional, family run, authentic
and personal.
We have something for everyone, be it families, winter sports enthusiasts
or walkers in the summer.
You can enjoy your holiday with us without needing your car as we are
3-4 minutes by foot from the Wasserwelt Amadé, 4-5 minutes from the
Flying Mozart cable car, 4-5 minutes from the restaurants and the super-
market. So there is nothing to stand in the way of your holiday fun.
Of course we also look after your little ones ; a big, partially covered play
area with various toys and equipment, a playroom with a video beamer and
X-Box 360 – plenty for your children to get excited about.

Maria & Thomas are very friendly. we arrived in at 00:30 at night ant Thomas accepted us naturally lie it was 5pm. the room is very clean. furniture and kitchenlook like new. every thing we asked was taken care quicly . there are great games for chldren, playground and playroom for the young ones, billiard table and ping-pong for the older. free bicycle for guests and beach chairs to tae to the lake or the water park. looks lie Maria & Thomas thought of everything that would make the guests fill comfrtably. The facilitaten are very good, also for children.
Flying Mozart train, small supermarket and only 3-4 minutes walking on water world.

There were two cars near the house.
After a trip was free cycle, billiards, table tennis and use the sauna.
