Family room are way too small - detto the bathroom! Staff spoke only partially German or English. Hotel is partially in need of repair (cracked on the walls, broken and loose tiles,...) the from and leaving to the underground car park is way too narrow - when our Sharan only 3 centimeters left and right! We made this year for the third time vacation the aquapalace hotel, and alone this fact is, of course, in itself. We find still that here unbeatable value for money is offered. We have the hotel with adjoining Waterpark already several friendly families recommended and all -, as well as we were thrilled (more detailed descriptions in my first two reviews).
