I have a room booked by phone. Very unfriendly and arrogant. At check-out I should have a call-agreed amount other than that charged. I was four nights in the hotel, because I was in a meeting held in Bielefeld (what should be there). Room 215 to the inner courtyard.
Hotel is functional. The breakfast was okay (we had a deal including breakfast -15 euro are otherwise steep). It was the same every day and not always replenished quickly.
The rooms were large and appropriately furnished. The mini bar fridge was empty, you had to fill it yourself (machine in the hallway).

Interests, sluggish personnel, complaint (double room, single room get) hardly be noted (response: 2. Ceiling was in the closet!), bad mattress, small pillows. The room was very noisy and creaky elevator by screeching tram, overall little well-kept Hotel.
