Nice hotel in the center from Suhl with bath robe to adjoining Ottilienbad. Every second night there was a free entry to the bathroom. Very nice breakfast room on the top floor of the hotel (16th floor) with a surrounding view of Suhl. Breakfast itself rather simply. Air conditioning ( Cooling ) the room worked unfortunately not (March 2012). Surprisingly large hotel room and large bathroom. We will this hotel visit again. Read more

We were as a family with 2 small children for 3 days in this hotel. Had a big room with 2 rooms, a large bathroom and 2 toilets. The room was very clean and even the 2 extra beds for the children were very comfortable! The view from the 14. Floor in the evening was a highlight. Also the breakfast left nothing to be desired. Rooms are functional and spacious. The breakfast was okay. A little more variety would not hurt. We had a room in the 14. Floor, there were in the bathroom in the morning and in the evening to shower no water. Is very unpleasant, unte earthing strips shower in-soaped and the hair rinsed with water. Read more

The mattresses of the beds were unfortunately not very back friendly.
The rooms were completely over-heated, window could open, since high-rise, 25 °C in the room even when the window no improvement, to sleep completely unsuitable. Staff was nice and friendly. Area: 40 years to greet GDR, shops have different names, otherwise has nothing changed! Read more

Nice, centrally located Hotel, on the main street, but hardly noticed noise (soundproofed windows). Adventure by Ottilienbad bathrobe distance from the hotel and cheaper over the hotel entrance. The various massages in the Otilienbad are recommended.
Service and staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet varied and special requests (lactose free products were now being offered milk) were met. Will definitely be back. Read more
