We were very pleasant surprised. We felt in the room immediately. The staff were very friendly, the hotel's restaurant with great view on the 17th floor an experience. The daily 3-course menu, we booked half board, exceeded everything. We have already experienced, but the food it cannot be topped! Furthermore, as from friendly and very accommodating staff served. Arrecife is no way particularly beautiful city. The fantastic island Lanzarote explore, is you but excellent. Furthermore live there many locals, what the city authentic power.

very clean, very friendly staff, getting a bit old but not charm lost. Very nice spacious rooms, always top kept. Half board for whole day a good, tasty and diverse.

The well-kept five star hotel has the best location in Arrecife. It is modernly furnished and will be carefully managed, which a pleasant stay guaranteed. It is noticeable, that many Spanish from the mainland this hotel Privat and business appreciate.' TUI-tourist', which German speaking Deals are important, or noisy'all inclusive guests' there are not!

Our Ausspannwoche Gran hotel in Arrecife was a success. The hotel is its definitely worth 5 stars. In a comfortable spacious rooms and good equipped bathroom with separate toilet on the 12nd floor we were very well cared for. The rooms have large window with great view, however no balcony. With half board we were very well served. The spa facilties at the hotel are good with a hydrotherapy circuit with water treated with mineral salts, at a temperature of 36 degrees, sauna, steam room, roman term, hydro massage showers…but they are charged for at 12 Euros per visit extra and members of the public can walk in and use the facilities too.
