The air conditioning worked and it was only about 30 °C in the area. It was only at the check out another room and despite complaining several times and has nothing amended. The answer was, that nothing to leave.
Also no compromise was possible with the bill at the end. For a four stars Hotel of the elevated approach to problems is this unacceptable and disappointing indeed. Read more
