This hotel is a typical example but, that the number of stars (in this case 3) pure nothing at all mean, as it is very, very many four star hotels can match, this partly would overtake! It folded everything, from the check-in from to the room changing, since I only 3 nights alone in a smaller room spent, in the fourth night but my family in addition to that and we therefore a larger room received. The reception by the friendly and helpful young women was very good.
The whole staff were very friendly the breakfast service until night porter.
We had a beautiful, renovated non-Smoking rooms on the fourth floor. The room was sufficient large and functional, with a separate toilet, free internet access, tv with flat screen.
The bathroom was in the room integrated, separated by a glaswand and had daylight.
Good cleaning of the rooms.

The hotel was just fine, the individual designer rooms have a great flair.
Very great rooms, we had a massive bathroom with a great bathtub.
in addition the rooms of young designer furnished very interesting.

The hotel is a very good starting point for excursions. State Opera, and the ring Vienna is only a few minutes 'walk away. The rooms are in a good condition. I had a room on the fifth floor with view to the inner courtyard. The room was very attractive equipped with all you need. The cleanliness of the hotel was nothing to complain about. Very nice front desk by a very friendly young ladies. Healthy breakfast, with cereal, fresh fruit and Kombucha. Very few packaged foodstuffs. The hotel is very eco-friendly.
