Those did not even 2 stars. We were 3 days.
1 ) the bathroom had a solid water damage on the ceiling in the already correctly beautiful black moldy.
2 ) stains on carpet and on walls.
3 ) on the second day collected the room service up to a tiny towel all beach towels and established no new from.
4) the toilet leaked so loud that each Chinese water torture green with envy. Despite complaint was the mistake not fixed.
5 ) rooms are very badly soundproofed

As we know, counts the first impression, and this the hotel has muddled, since we a eternity on our rooms had to wait. Then it was called, the booked family room is not available, despite booking! The process took a eternity, a family room there were not at all. One stated then 2 rooms available. Not ideal for parenting couple and 2 children. Also the hotel was because of the many a school trip totally overcrowded. For a longer stay, recommend I this hotel no further. Read more

We liked the hotel, only negative was the huge size of the hotel.
If in the morning 1000 people wanted to eat breakfast, it was quite chaotic.

Four nights in the hotel pineapple; price was very important for us, that is why we chose the standard category; based on the reviews we had no large expectations were positive surprised, however; the room was in good condition, although a little 'dated' equipped; breakfast was spacious and there was enough space choice; the location is perfect-right next to the metro (a yardside rooms and was quiet total); lots of restaurants nearby (just at the Vienna Naschmarkt); the hotel's own restaurant is highly recommended-good kitchen and total cheap; will definitely be back-perhaps at the next time in the superior category (the rooms are brand new!
