Check-in, and check-out was very warm, friendly and courteous. The question whether one good journey has been made and a good trip home was requested. Without something to say, I was also asked if I needed a taxi. The entire staff at this hotel seemed to me to be friendly. I always said hello.

This 4-star superior hotel is close to the belvedere and only a few minutes walk from the Black Mountain square. The train station is just around the corner rennweg, so you are perfectly served by public transport. Parking spaces are available outside the hotel, however briefly park zone.
