Practical hotel and for the price absolutely okay. Room is very clean, balcony room (and bathroom) slightly larger than the standard rooms, breakfast selection OK, hotel somewhat off the beaten track located (the metro about 2 kilometer, to the bus station about a half kilometer, some restaurants in the next environment ). Beautiful old town ( on foot in about 10 minutes to reach) and promenade. Pool not used (temperatures between 17 and 20°C), see but also attractive and clean. Read more

For a city break a very good hotel, 15 minutes to the metro station to Porto. For 7 euros you can 24 hours with metro and bus by Porto and the area and sights look at, very nice. Read more

In the relatively big hotel I was almost alone in November: half-board was offered as a menu. Hotel was a little difficult to find, but is great right on the beach. (November!) was nothing los. Otherwise, the hotel was right shabby, at least on the room floors. But: it is! For the price (102,00 euros/ 3 days/half board in the tour), you can't complain. Problem: the language skills. Rooms with balcony and view of the sea only complaint, because the front desk (German) the vouchers could not read. Read more

Povoa de Varzim is located about 30 kilometer north of Porto and is also a metro line (above ground) Terminus. Municipal Law attained the 1970igern and it is still growing! The city (on the other side of the kids old town) consists mainly of soles in concrete dream of the 'condo on the sea'; for me, not necessarily bad but perhaps not everyone/s taste-Mrs definitely not for three cent romantic!
