The hotel in general
Villa Alchimissa was built in the '70s and was completely refurbished in 2005. The b&b is on a separate floor from our living space and, at disposal of the guests, is also a lounge with open fire-place and a nice terrace with view over the sea. We reccomend our b&b to people who love the nature, the sea and the silence. Not suitable for families with children as there is no chance to add extra beds.

Hotel location
B&B Alchimissa is situated on the hilltop of Torre delle Stelle, a nice village at about 15 km far from Villasimius and 30 km from Cagliari, on the south-east coast of Sardinia. From the garden there is a wonderful view either on Genn'e Mari beach or on Cagliari Gulf. So one can see both the sunrise and the sunset. Due to the position, even in the high season there is always quiet and silence. It's special in autumn for the impressive sunsets and in spring for the blooming.

Service at the hotel
The guests have at their disposal a large lounge with fridge in common with the other room, kattle for teas and coffee (free), TV, DVD. In the fridge there are also drinks and wines on payment. Cooking is not possible.

Chairs and sun-umbrella for the beach, pic-nic fridge are at disposal. We clean the rooms and change towels on alternate days and the sheets every 4 days.

Gastronomy in the hotel
We serve the breakfasts from 8.30 to 10.00 on the patio in the garden during the warm season and in the lounge during windy and cold days. The ambience is very cosy, soft music, flowers and sea view. The guests have fresh fruit salade, fruit juice or fresh orange juice in winter, fresh brioches, toasted bread with butter, organic jams and honeys, biscuits, organic muesli and sweets. Ham and cheese on request. Warm drinks: about 10 types of teas and herbal teas, organic coffee, cappuccino, american coffee, milk and hot chocolate.

Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
Inside the village of Torre delle Stelle, at about 1 km far from our b&b, there are tennis courts (not available from half-July to the end of August because they are reserved only to the associates) and skuba-diving school.

Hotel room/Accommodation
We have two ensuite double rooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, Internet wi-fi and a private garden with direct access to the room. These small gardens comes with table and chairs, sun-umbrellas and sun-beds. Iris room is west-facing and Ibisco room is east-facing with panoramic view over Genn'e Mari beach. A set of towels and, on request, towels for the beach, hair-dryer are also at disposal in the room.
