18th century Pitlessie House is a delightful small Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse, only 15 minutes by car from St Andrews, the home of Golf, in the Kingdom of Fife in Scotland.

Expect a warm welcome and personal attention by the French and German speaking owner, Kristin, a professional hotelier and superb accommodation in this handsome B listed Georgian Manor House - built in 1737 - and set in 1/2 acre of walled gardens. Hotel location
Pitlessei House is situated 15 minutes from St Andrews and Cupar, 40 minutes from Edinburgh and Dundee and 1 1/2 hours from Glasgow and Aberdeen. To reach Pitlessie House from Edinburgh by car leave the M90 at Junction 2A. Follow the A92 direction Dundee/St Andrews/Cupar as far as the junction with the A914/A912. Take the 3rd exit (the A914) signposted St Andrew/Cupar/Pitlessie passing through Kettlebridge and Balmalcolm. Pitlessie House is easil6 visible when entering Pitlessie, opposite the 'Village Inn' pub at the other side of the village green. Take a sharpt left after pub, the a right again. Pitlessie House can best be reached from 'the Wynd@ . Parking in the courtyard. If you need assistance with taxi or car hire just ask.

We have named our rooms after the original owners of Pitlessie House in 1737. All rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished with a mix of antiques and super comfortable beds, crisp linen, fluffy towels, sky tv, free wifi and superb views to the orchard and the Scottish countryside.
