We felt really comfortable. The staff were super friendly!
Particularly praiseworthy the nice people in Activeteam -just sharpened. The Lasergewehr and the archery-an experience. Also the other leisure offers were very great.
The wagon trip was an experience garnishes in many stories the town.
Our small felt really great the kids world on the ground floor and in the games room on the first floor.
But also the restaurant-service and the service - just commendable.

The hotel is not on the newest conditions, the offered value for money but this is OK. The food ( breakfast/ dinner) was tasty and diverse. Only the room doors without keys only noisy closing, what us a shorter night when desired gave, since other hotel guests in these circumstance no have paid heed. We had over 'spar with' and wonderful days in schellerhau enjoyed.
The hotel is large and was daily from 4 coaches during our stay driven to. The individual atmosphere is lost.
The magnificent area with the many trails makes up for it. A daytrip to Prague with Mr or is recommendable.
The room and particularly the bathroom are very small.
The staff took all the trouble our wishes to fulfill.
