Good Best Western hotel. We booked through TUI. four nights at the new building with breakfast 450 euros. Parking in the garage 15 Euro/day.
Very fast check inn. Decent room with toilet in separate room. Bathroom with shower and separate tub, two sinks. Very good double bed with great mattresses. Flat-screen TV with many channels and French also a few German channels, such as RTL, SAT 1, pro 7, etc. ZDF.
Breakfast was OK you can find everything, very nice service.
About ten minutes walk to the old town.

On reason the location, directly at the train station and one vina del Mar street it is rather loud. If you're sensitive to noise, should this hotel maybe avoid, it didn't bother us.
