At the best Western hotel in Plauen you feel comfortable from the start probably! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The kitchen is most warmly recommended, especially the typical regional food (roulade). The cleanliness in the whole hotel is tiptop. The target group of the hotel ranges from the family to those attending a conference- so is fairly wide. I can only say, I'd gladly go again anytime! Read more

the hotel lies only a few meters from the city center Plauens away. To the shopping paradise city gallery and bahnhofstrasse is about about 5 to 10 minutes. We were a group of very welcome taken. Every request, be it in the choice of food or when it comes to the rooms, has enabled us immediately. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and always tried very hard. Very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly, helpful but non-intrusive staff. Room and bathroom were really clean. Very pleasant, especially hygienic, the parquet floor! A as sun! The mattresses were unfortunately a little bit soft, and the blankets a little too hard for the warm season, but that is subjective.
