Very friendly helpful staff at reception and in the service area. Cute hotel in a half-timbered building with ideal equipped rooms ( Beams and modern element). Small-but everything available and to discover the town very well situated. A few steps the petite Paris and tanners' quarter. We felt very good. Clearly, the usual Stadtgeräusche -but the window closed and the air conditioning turn on. Absolutely an advantage the underground car park, the one for a fee can use.

partly renovated ( new furniture, brand new bathroom -carpet probably older) and very centrally located. Within walking distance of the full city center and easy to reach. The gentleman at check-in was friendly, on 14 July the recognized us ignored when he spoke with us.

The ladies at the reception could be described as everything else than friendly.I had them explain the way to the hotel's parking garage and they told me I should drive around the block once. Since we searched for the hotel 45 (!) minutes I said "Drive once around the block again" and their snappy reply: Now calm down!So we parked our car and got our room card.
