Very nice hotel. Our room was quite small, others in our group had much larger. The staff was very nice. The cleanliness was in order, the carpet but partly quite stained. Super, nice hard mattresses. Small coffee maker in the room, safe, tv, complimentary Wireless Internet Access, everything was there-super. Location in the middle of the city in immediate market with a small fountain and still very central location in the pedestrian area very quiet. The best Western hotel Crown in the middle of the historic old town of the city Luzern to find. It is one of the good refurbished, old houses of the city and very nice on the side of a small square with a fountain located.
This place is only about 5-minute walk from lake Lucerne and about 8 to 10 minutes of the main station and the adjoining culture center away.

Nice small hotel in the city center, service and facilities good.
We especially liked the small coffee maker in the room. Good Idea.
The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds and the mattresses weren't worn out.
The breakfast room was a bit small and our view could have been a little larger.
To the train station, there were ten-15 minutes footpath. The location was good. Right in the city center/old town,
