For a city break this hotel is definitely recommendable, since you spend time rather less in the room spend.
the location is brilliant, to the Champs Elysees exactly and the metro is right outside the door. Our room was on the first floor and faced the backyard out. View was corresponding modest, me however didn't bother us. Volume was absolutely okay. We stayed from the main street didn't hear and could sleep at night well.
