BEST WESTERN Laguna Beach Hotel & Spa

After 12 hours flight we were looking forward to a beautiful hotel and a sandy beach. On the room we waited over 2 hours wait. Other guests, the much later arrived, were preferentially. The' nice' women at the front desk were constantly overstrained. Sandy beach - none. The small bay with artificial Sand was actually a joke. Especially recommendable is the boat trip with Georges, a likeable Creole. On the usual bracelet with all inclusive has been omitted, since the whole hotel a ghetto was, with barrier at the entrance. The hotel complex and also the area was great, however we were extremely from the service disappointed. The staff we partially (when ordering) ignored. Why I but the stay at the hotel not enjoy was, that the staff ( Male part ) the whole time my partnerin examined and even afterwards watched (this without my partnerin this provoked and even in my presence). We wanted Mauritius experience with beach and palm trees. Palm trees there was, but no beach. Piles Muschelkies, lagoon at low tide not even hip-high, you live in a ghetto, the subsequent village can one forget, dirty, only the people regards friendly. Recommendable nonetheless A boat trip with the Creole Georges is recommendable nonetheless, since the hotel management unfortunately is boycotted. Georges runs almost every day along the beach and sold its daytrips. He speaks English, French and can also with them in his German converse. Our room was above the resturant , which had a roof extension , this had cigerette burs and green etc on it and got worse by tge day. Thr Resturante has some nights where the meals are served outside, but they only put a bit more than half the tables out , and have a rule that " tables cannot be reserved " yet will not put additional tables out and RESERVE TABLES FOR SOME GROUPS.
