The best Western lake inn hotel is a very nice four star hotel in which you can feel very comfortable. The only disadvantage was, that one evening bad the city center by public transport is back to the hotel. The last bus drove at about 22:00 o'clock from the underground station. But you can also order a taxi for those back or metro about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the hotel. Read more

My boyfriend and I stayed in December 2011 for two nights in Hamburg at the best Western premier Alster jug in the quiet and prestigious district of Alsterdorf. A very nice, clean hotel. The breakfast was very good with a large selection. The bus station is right outside the door. By bus or by train you are in about 20 minutes in Hamburg city. Read more

the hotel lies a little outside the centre, this is however by bus (bus stop directly in front of the hotel) and metro easy to reach about 30 minutes. The hotel is part of the upscale excellent corresponding are the prices. The breakfast was plentiful however the warm things on all three days very quickly, despite note this was not changed for the better. This should not happen in the star category, we know of other best Western hotels better. Otherwise everything was okay, for a short get away a good choice. Read more

well, the check in was very good, just one "small" problem, i payed for an executive room but there to the hotel they gave me an normal double room with an additional bed( pliant), and of course the room was very small, so i check with them and they said that they made a "small" mistake so they change my room with a bigger one( matrimonial bed plus one small couch), but the couch was just for sitting and not for sleeping, even open it the couch, was very short, i mean only children could sleep there, because my feets was hanging out from the bed, and as i travel with my 2 small children, of course i let them both in the bed and me on the couch, but to be onest, the "executive" room they gave me, i dont think that was one of it, or at least not for 3 persons, so the price i payed doesnt covered the room in my opinion! - in November 10
