The staff are not really hard. Information you get only, if one explicitly afterwards asks. The pool is part of the public swimming pool. We would not chance the lifeguard mentioned, we would have during the Reinigungsphase of the pools bathed! The hot tub, you need to flip a coin at the front desk buy, the you of course feast, if you already ate in the jacuzzi rise would like. Thus one to the other. Relaxation something different!
