Hotel is a bit old and the rooms are not up-to-date anymore. For 2-3 nights but still OK. Big plus is the secure and free parking your car - Great is the swimming pool on the top floor (think, five. Or 6 . Floor) with a Freiterasse and views of the surrounding blocks. Conveniently located in Chicago close and it is 10 - 15 minutes walk in the heart of Chicago. Breakfast is available in every corner (Starbucks etc. ) and directly across the Chicago Hardrock cafe, where we ate very well. Read more

If you are looking for good customer service and compassion this is not the hotel for you-after the hotel gave away our Standard King Size Room they were unwilling/to lazy to help make our experience better.

Can't beat the location and the free parking, only a 15 minute brisk walk to navy pier and even shorter to all the shopping and restaurants you could want. - in April 10
But the location (5 blocks east to Michigan Ave and another 5 blocks east to Navy Pier), the price, the service, and the free parking were all positives.
