Very good value for money, peaceful location, extensive breakfast buffet, very attentive staff in service, the staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and was to the street back, but definitely not didn't bother us, since we the whole day traveled. The furnishings the room with almost a shower, a small kitchen and plenty of closet space was OK.
The hotel has towards the sea a very nice pool area.

The hotel lies from the presentation and furniture in any case far beyond the 3 stars of the national category. The very pleasant staff works even when congestion and understaffing ( for example is only a waitress for about 60 Frühstückplätze undelegated) very relaxed and professional. Really stupid and unnecessary questions and comments German tourists were partly abrupt and' cheeky' ( in my opinion completely with good reason) reacted.

Most of the to the hotel was already in the previous evaluations mentioned. From the value for money it is the best, what you in this location can be found. One is fast at the port and in the old town from Palma. We had a studio with a small kitchenette with dishes and cutlery (room number 312) with a balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over Palma had. The shopping center Porto PI is in walking distance, there is a massive Carrefoure supermarket, the Mallorcan specialties shopping.

We had the hotel because of the good reviews chosen and are not disappointed have been. We had 4 nights and locally for the upgrade (10 Euro per day and rooms) decided.
