Unfortunately the hotel is not suitable for a relaxing break. The rooms are very dirty and shabby, greasy floor, rusty bathtub and beds, which should be described as a plank beds (springs push through the whole, through, 'mattress'). The hotel is for German tourists not recommended, since there were mainly British and Spanish only in the hotel. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is getting old and needs updating. The plaster crumbled everywhere or slabs cracked. In the area there was a plants, but not kept up. The plants die of thirst.
In one week, I spent there, was the stone floor in the room was not swept, hair so there, stones and sand there. My room was located directly on a main road. We arrived at this hotel (flew with Luxair tours) and had to wait four hours for our room. The rooms are very dirty and it was full of roaches. The food in the form of buffet changed only two times per week. Two kilometer to the beach one must drive with the bus and ten minutes Yu walk. Read more

GOOD - Plenty of sunbeds, choice of food, big junior suites, lovely pools, evening entertainment good, daily activities open to all, entertainment staff the best I've known (look out for a guy called Sorti), good kids club and facilities, serve yourself San Miguel on draft for All Inclusive, majority of staff very friendly.

BAD - Ants in rooms, flies will join you on the sunbeds, rooms are cleaned but corridors and stairwells aren't, All Inclusive finishes at 11pm and after that it's 5euros for a (unbranded) vodka and coke, Gym is dangerous with faulty crosstrainers and treadmills and multigym machine broken, complex is huge so you may have a lot of walking if your block is far away.
