Gastronomy in the hotel
Fish stews are one of the island's specialities. One of the most popular of these dishes is "sancocho", salt-pressed wreckfish cooked with potatoes and yams, fried moray eel, marinated tuna and fish consommé.
Also characteristic of the region are its soups made with celeriac ("colinos"), radish, fennel, watercress and poppy seeds; the thick vegetable stew known as "Puchero Canario" and "papas arrugadas" (literally, wrinkled potatoes), always served with the traditional spicy "mojo picón" sauce.
Two traditional desserts worthy of mention are "bienmesabe" made from honey and almonds and "turrones" (nougats).
To sample these and other gastronomic specialties, the island boasts an extensive range of restaurants offering not only traditional Canarian dishes but also a wide variety of international cuisine.

Building is with the baby carriage from the hotel area out and about building rum and main building back, about 10 minutes with child; it no choice the way up and down the stairs 100 to drive. After reading the various reviews read we were very excited about this hotel.
all together we were nicely surprised! The food was plentiful, we had to hardly at the buffet line up. Except at peak times between 7:30 P. M. 18:45 and had eventual more than ten minutes maintained to be.
the rooms are not large, but all have a balcony and in general okay. Are getting old, but clean and tidy. The mattresses were hard and not worn out. The hotel including the adjacent apartment complex matter of taste. Are just lots of people here.

we stayed at this vacation relaxation. But what we found was a hotel which it with the relaxation not so serious nahm.
1. loud music until late in the night, so that we have very little sleep found.
2. the vacation was all inclusive and there were no problems

The hotel consists of two buildings. Unfortunately, we were in the older building, where a youth hostel charm at the front desk enclosed. We had a studio, consisted of two small rooms. In the living room my son slept on a sofa bed, the foot was high bent. Remaining cups or glasses from the night were cleared by the cleaners are not, for days.
