We were already 2 years in this hotel. Then it was called hotel Arve central yet. The change from the rather high three star hotel the current basic was very good implemented. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The breakfast, as well as the evening buffet is very good plentiful. And I know, what I'm talking about! We also liked the very cool new bar. Although we were a woman behind the counter would have liked. Furthermore, it should come back, they told us. This remains to be seen. We will be back-guaranteed! Read more

We were almost 4 months on the weekend, and then something like that:
-during the check in had to be paid for the whole amount.
-the Windrose buffet was very and unfriendly presented.
-the fondue on evening under all sow.
and our complaint was not taken care of, the manager said, if the shop must close again, then it is a search new Body.

This visit was a great bust! Never again! 1/3 must be paid in advance, the rest upon check in the no to know why. Cleaning of the rooms, A disaster.
