The Guest House Dunedin is a bed & breakfast . The house is very family managed. The size of the rooms was enough. Each room is different furnished and lovingly decorated. The double beds are slightly smaller than at home and needs a bit of getting used to. The rooms are very clean, as was the bathroom. We have paid 116Pfund for two nights. There were different room some with bathroom some no, as you could use the shared facilities on the same floor. Everything in the hotel is very nicely decorated. The hotel provides an couple, they are very nice and helpful! We were in room 6 at the top of the house. The room is simply decorated spacious bed with duvet cover, a sink and a small mirror, a table with full-length mirrors, coffeemakers with tea and coffee was available. There was no hair drye... Osborne is a typical Bed & Breakfast. £45 is the English breakfast included in the price. The nearest metro is about ten minutes walk away. All in all, we could recommend it to others for a short break. Read more

Small hotel with only three rooms and very nice landlady. The rooms and especially the baths are for English standards exceptionally nice. Breakfast room that looks great in the garden and carefully prepared small breakfast buffet. Good and tastefully decorated. Everything you a four-star hotel expect and fairly new. Near the hotel, excellent restaurants and other art. The rooms rows, on the ground floor and first floor a inner courtyard with beautiful garden and pool, as well as some tables, chairs and lounge chairs.
