The rooms of our new builded Bed and Breakfast "Villa Agnese" are very nice and have all the comforts. Each one have own bathroom ,conditioner, safe, television and refrigerator. Few of the rooms have balcony with a wonderful sea-view as far as Castelsardo.
Also the house has a 4000qm big garden and orchard.
The breakfast room has a terrace too, for gusts preferring to have breakfast outside, enjoying the lovely view of Sardinian’s landscape, distant from traffic of towns.
The beach of Badesi is ca.2000meter distant from "Villa Agnese".
The nice village Badesi is situated in North of Sardinia in the Gallura area, distant ca.75km from Alghero,ca.50km from Porto Torres,ca.75km from Olbia,240km from Cagliari and there are living today ca. 1800 people. The village is surrounded by a lovely landscape, unchangeable red coloured granite united with the crystal clear and uncontaminated sea. The dunes with the fine golden coloured sand, the 8 km wide sandy beach of Badesi, one of the longest in Sardinia, are brand of this area.
Windsurf, kite surf, diving, kayak, canoe are the most pracitcated water sports in this area.

We had booked a holiday flat in the villa Agnese and were very pleased. We went to some of the B&B room and a holiday also in this hotel was very good. The whole area is maintained by the landlord couple very good and cleaned. We have nothing found to complain about. Read more

The B&B mansion Agnese lies in Badesi with fantastic sea view and is surrounded by a very much maintained enormous garden.
