The hotel in general
The bed and breakfast place Villa Patrizia is situated in Capoterra, province of Cagliari, in a recently constructed house which is home to Signora Patrizia and her family.
The villa is one of many detached houses that make up the large residential estate called Poggio dei Pini. The estate is set in woodland; the standard of living is high here and for this reason the estate is the pride of the Capoterra district council. A particular feature of Poggio dei Pini is the two mountain lakes where various species of waterfowl nest, including swans.
VILLA PATRIZIA sul Lago is built right on the slope overlooking the lake and the wonderful views enrich each guest’s stay with a panorama on nature. On arrival each guest is greeted on the veranda and is then shown into the B&B’s lounge/breakfast room, also known as Saloncino Giada, furnished in Sardinian style and with an open fireplace. Signora Patrizia prepares and serves breakfast in this room, although in warm weather most guests prefer to take breakfast “al fresco” on the veranda. From the lounge/breakfast room, doors and stairs lead to the three suites. The Ambra suite is on the same floor as Saloncino Giada while the Smeralda and Rubinia Suites are situated on the floors above. Guests can also take advantage of the terraced garden and the wonderfully spacious Barbecue patio.

The AMBRA suite has a total surface area of 37 sq.m, and is composed of a bed-sitting room of 30 sq.mq and a bathroom of 7 sq.m. It is spacious and comfortable, and has large windows with a view over the lake. It is reached through the SALA GIADA breakfast room and is on the same floor.

The SMERALDA suite has a total surface area of 42.13 sq.m, and is composed of a bed-sitting room room of 22.78 sq.mq, a bathroom of 6.06 sq.m. and a kitchen of 5.82 sq.m.There is also a private patio of 7.47 sq.m., and two large built-in cupboards.It is spacious and comfortable, and situated on the upper floor, with large windows and a view over the lake. It is reached through the SALA GIADA breakfast room.

The RUBINIA suite has a total surface area of 50 sq.m, and is composed of a bedroom of 14 sq.m., a living room of 17 sq.mq, a hallway of 5 sq.m. and a bathroom of 5.5 sq.m. There is also a small patio of 3.5 sq.m. and another of 5 sq.m, leading onto a large communal stone-paved patio and the upper part of the garden. The suite is spacious and comfortable, and has large windows with a view over the lake and over the woods.It is reached from the SALA GIADA breakfast room and is on the top floor.
