As two nights were allowed to stay in the deluxe suite and it was just about everything was perfect. We had a great view of Vienna. From the outside, the hotel does not look great but inside very nice, tastefully equipped. The breakfast is sufficient and it suited everyone. Read more

From the outside the hotel looks more like urban hostel from, and inside a normal rental flat. The reception area and breakfast room are located in the sixth floor of the hotel, our room on the second floor. Elevator available. If you come by car was only the possibility of a parking garage, the night for 18 €. The rooms are large and clean, but the street are unfortunately not to be recommended. Perfect city hotel it's a short walk to the public transport. Some sights are within walking distance. From the outside, the hotel does not look inviting. The inside is okay. In the lower part of the building is a company.
We had booked a Komfortzimmen, slightly larger and quiet inner courtyard. The room the room cleaning was okay. We would have something better liked. The bathroom had but with comfort nothing to do.

Certainly, never a four stars Hotel, but location and rooms are good for a city hotel. Breakfast was good to very good. Guest room ' comfort rooms' are very large, clean and spacious, the bathroom was good. No air conditioning, so always have a window open, therefore only book a room at the rear. Very, very dry air in the room, even though the window was always open. The hotel was very much better than expected. Look forward to the next stay holiday in the hotel bella vienna. The hotel is very centrally located. Within walking distance of the maria help street in three minutes to reach.. And there is also a metro station. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I can only recommend the hotel. Read more

It is not a hotel it is only a building with small apartments, it is an old building which was renovated and converted to a hotel. - in September 10
Entrance is very poor and builds an impression that it is not a hotel it is only a building with small appartments for companies business, it is an old building which was renovated and comverted to a hotel, renovation missed the hotel enterance, the elevator "lift" which I think is around 30-40 years old and not safe at all espicially for children as there is no door protecting them while the elevator is runningand up and down where you can touch every level whileit is running and also the door does not open automatically and you need to push it which is very heavy and old!

Tight parking spaces and the fact that they don't own basicly the whole builiding they own 4 or 5 stories out of a 6 stori building and when we arrived we had a little bit of a shock because at first we wondered where the reception an hotel might be given the fact that at ground floor there was nothing and when we entered the elevator we encounter a "neighbour" with his groceries and a six pack of beer, but after we settled in we just laughed of the whole "first time image" and realized that it was a great value for money hotel - in August 10
